Privacy Policy

The mobile application bijlipay ("app") is provided by Wirecard Technologies GmbH, Einsteinring 35, 85609 Aschheim, Germany ("WDT"). This privacy policy sets out the data processing practices carried out by WDT in relation to the app.

In this policy, we use the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” (and other similar terms) to refer to WDT, and “you” and “your” (and other similar terms) to refer to you as the user of our app and related services and products.

Personal data we collect from you during your use of the app

When you interact with us through the app, we collect information about you and your device, namely unique device identifiers for your mobile device, the operating system and version as well as the downloaded version of the app. In case you have a GPRS technology activated we further collect information about your location.

How we use personal data

We use personal data for the specified purposes (e.g. billing purposes) and to the extent required in order to achieve these purposes.
Any personal data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes outlined in this document. Mandatory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Data transfer to third parties

We engage other service providers in order to provide our services to you. Personal data will be used for the specified purposes, and to the extent required in order to achieve these purposes.

Information we collect from your customers

As part of the payment process and relating services provided to you by us, we collect and process personal data of your customers ("customers") required for billing purposes as a data processor. For these purposes the following personal data will be collected:

• Type of payment method and respective card type (Debitcard such a Maestro or credit cards such as VISA or Mastercard
• The last four digits of the payment card/credit card information

In case the customer wishes to receive a payment receipt via e-mail, we further collect the customer's respective e-mail address or mobile phone number

Any credit card information will be stored in accordance with the strict PCI-DSS rules ("Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard"), only in an encrypted form and only in a data bank which can be accessed by authorised staff only.

The customer receives further information about the processing of personal data and the data subject's rights (information, rectification, erasure of personal data; objection and restriction of data processing) from his/her contracting party (you).
